HOW WE WORK
Our work usually begins by working directly with the CEO to understand their vision and current reality. We then engage with the executive team to drive clarity and alignment around a strategic roadmap, identify specific milestones and metrics, and develop an activation strategy.
Our secret sauce is the final piece: Activation of the strategic plan.
Activation of the strategic plan begins with the development of an accountability cadence. We develop a meeting schedule to revisit the strategy, tackle new challenges that may have diverted the plan, and adjust the plan accordingly. In addition, we partner with leaders and teams in different areas of the organization to get them operating at peak performance. By relying on us to activate the strategic plan, companies can avoid the common mistake of putting the strategic plan “in the file drawer” because ‘day to day’ priorities take over.

OpenDNS – Acquired by Cisco
FourBridges has partnered with OpenDNS as they scaled from from 50 to 250+ people strong. We advised the CEO and C-suite executes and activated the performance of their Sales and Marketing teams. We are very proud of their recent acquisition by Cisco!
MacArthur Foundation – Launched a new organization
MacArthur Foundation has invested in learning of the future via supporting a portfolio of different non-profits and social enterprises. It became clear that in order to scale its impact in this area, a different business and organizational model was needed – one that combines the knowledge and expertise of the Foundation with the agility, viability, and focus of businesses. MacArthur partnered with IDEO to layout prototypes of what this new enterprise might look like and engaged FourBridges’ help to map out the strategic roadmap and business plan for this new venture. Together, FourBridges and MacArthur created an end-to-end plan to guide the fundraising and formation of this new venture. This strategic and operating plan served as the blueprint for the inauguration of a new organization, LRNG, a social enterprise that is spearheading a movement that invites all stakeholders – schools, businesses, funders, and community institutions, to participate in redesigning learning for the connected age.
Mizuho OSI – Global Expansion
From expiring patents to global expansion, Mizuho OSI transformed its business and organization toward a new growth trajectory. Since 2013, FourBridges has partnered with Mizuho OSI’s leadership team on this strategic transformation. Our work brought the executive team together to create a strategic roadmap to guide their vision towards being a global Operating Room solutions provider and provided tangible short-term activation plans around key initiatives to support this pivot. Most importantly, together, we catalyzed a cultural shift towards transparency and accountability necessary to power this transformation. We are very proud to be their partner on this transformational journey.
