What is your background?
I am a behavioral scientist by training — meaning that I scientifically examine people’s thoughts and motivations. My research in particular focuses on how stress influences health and well-being.
How do you engage with companies?
By using scientific findings from the field of psychology to help leaders navigate the stress of growing companies. I work with leaders (usually Senior Managers and Directors) to help them think strategically about their role, find clarity in what they are trying to accomplish, and activate their team to high performance.
I also founded and run a women’s leadership accelerator program called Leading the Rise.
What one book have you found especially inspiring?
Growth Mindset by Carol Dweck. The idea that what ‘mindset’ you have when you approach a specific situation was life-changing for me.
